Villa located in the Riccione area, on behalf of an Arab client.
The Villa consists of 16 rooms and 11 bathrooms; there is a tavern, a swimming pool and a relaxation area adjacent to the pool.
The following systems were integrated:
- Lighting (dimmed);
- Automation of windows, doors and sunshades;
- Anti-intrusion system;
- Alarm management with sending of notifications on the remote device, and e-mail;
- Multi-zone thermal system (ceiling heating and cooling);
- Central thermal management through integration of Siemens / Samsung / KNX protocols;
- Weather station;
- Temperature and humidity management in the individual zones;
- Multifunction keypad for managing each room;
- Supervision for remote control, in English version.
